Our Guarantee: Any orders received before 1pm Mon-Fri Will be Shipped on the Same day via either DPD, Hermes or Royal Mail and in the majority of cases all items are delivered the next day, even royal mail!. We may still dispatch your order if received after 1pm, but that is dependent on how busy we are. But we will guarantee to ship it the following day.
All items less than 1kg are shipped via Royal Mail, the rest are shipped via DPD and Hermes. Items can take a little longer arriving at remote locations, including the Scottish Higlands, The Channel Islands, The Isle of Man, Northen Ireland and some other off-shore islands. You will receive tracking details for all items sent.

Our Promise and Guarantee is to dispatch all orders received before 1pm on the same day. However, we have no control over couriers and from time to time they too can have problems in getting the goods out to our customers in timely manner. We value our customers and work hard to ensure that your orders are promptly and properly shipped out and delivered to you i timely manner. If you have any questions regarding the delivery of your items, please don't hesitate to email us and our customer service team will respond to your query as quickly as possible and will do whatever they can to resolve the issue.
Thank you for purchasing our product, we understand that sometimes returns have to be made due to one reason or another. We go to great lengths to ensure that the right product is sent to you and is packaged securely to avoid any damages during transit. However, If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
in order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
Custom Made Pads: As these are custom pads, cut and made to your specifications, we are unable to offer returns and refunds and are therefore Non-Refundable for these unless the fault directly lies with us. As a result of this, we ask, again, to please ensure that the measurements that you have stated are accurate and to the nearest Centimetre.
Damaged in Transit
We will offer a full refund (including shipping costs) only when the item has been damaged during transit, for this please ensure that when you receive the item from the courier that the packaging is undamaged.
Item Not as described
We go to extreme lengths with our imaging and descriptions to ensure that the product is what it is and if your are not satisfied with it still then you are still entitled to a refund, however, the return postage has to be born by the customer.
If an item is returned to us as it is classed as a failed delivery by the courier company. For example no one was at home although we offer free shipping this comes at a cost to us as we have to pay the courier company for any attempted deliver. If this is the case any refund will be less the shipping cost (apprx £6-£8) we pay the Courier company DPD or Hermes and £3 for any royal mail failed attempted deliveries.
Return & Exchange:
We are more than happy to offer a return for an exchange for a similar item (the return shipping cost to be born by the buyer). The exchange must be for a similar priced item. If your original item was £20, we will not be bale to accept an exchange for an item £30 unless you are willing to make an additional payment of £10. Please email us using the 'contact us' form if you wish to exchange your item.

We are open Mon-Fri 7am to 3pm and we aim to answer all of our customer queries received during this time period on that day. Once we have received the authorised return, a member of our team will inspect it and authorise it's refund and we aim to process the refund within 24 hours of receiving the returned item. However, if you have not received a refund or a confirmation that a refund is being processed within 7 days of your return, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will look to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
