RETURNS POLICY FOR PALLET / BENCH CUSHIONS:

PLEASE NOTE THESE PALLET / BENCH CUSHIONS ARE MADE TO ORDER, we do not hold stock of these and are prepared according to the customers needs on the day of the order.  As a result of this, please be very careful when ordering as there are extra RETURNS RESTRICTIONS on these products.  We are very confident about the quality of our products, however, we have been having instanced where customers are ordering the pallet cushions in large volume, using them, and returning them.  As you can understand and appreciate, if we allow this to happen, then we will have to stop selling these.

1. Upon receipt of delivery, please inspect only one package, if you are not happy with the quality of the product and wish to return, please let us know with 24 Hours of delivery, please do not open the remaining packages.
2. If all the packages are opened, there will be a 50% charge against the order value, for example, we will only be able to refund you 50% of the value of the item. The reason for this being that these items, once opened are rendered useless to us as we have to remove the original covering and re-cover them again.
3. If you are not satisfied with the quality of these items then all costs incurred in returning these are the responsibility of the Buyer.
